Raw honey has not been treated in any way.
It hasn't been heated or pasteurised and is essentially straight from the hive to the jar.
We have passed the honey through a fine food grade mesh to ensure small particles of wax etc are removed and then it has been put straight into the jars, sealed and closed with tamper proof labels so you can be assured that it hasn't been touched once jarred.

We bought a jar of honey from the makers market that was on at the Lowry and I had to write this review as the honey was exceptionally good. There's so many honeys out there so can be difficult to find a good one, but this is more than good. It's pure its tasty and it's local. The staff on the stall were very knowledgeable and very nice. I would totally recommend this honey. Will be back for more. Thank you again for producing a great product xx

Delicious taste and quick delivery
I purchased 2 jars of this Manchester local honey after yearning to try the real deal instead of the supermarket blended versions. I have to say that I have been converted. Great taste and god willing health benefits from pure honey without the unknown additives. Would love to arrange a visit to see the hives and bee making process. Will definitely be reordering. Pass on our thanks to the bees. 👍

Never under the weather
I swear by local honey whenever I feel a cold or flu coming on. Literally a teaspoon in my tea twice a day works wonders. I can't stand supermarket honey after trying this... you won't either!

Best tasting honey, I will never by shop bought again. My son has used this to make a Manchester bee themed cake and also used it to make honey. He entered the cake for a competition and has been selected as a finalist. We bought both the Manchester and Salford jars and they are both equally as good as each other
